Municipal Site Inspiration

We are working on a web design for a local municipality. We've seen 100's of municipal site designs but they are all very similar. They are very cluttered and they don't seem to have much creativity. I'm interested to see something different. Anyone have anything to show?

depending where you live there are kind of trends (sadly), and depends a lot of your content to
make your website because a website is not a template it need to have what your needs are.
