I just finished my blog-folio some weeks ago, and I want to hear your thoughts on it. It's actually a wordpress theme design.

I tried to do this on another design forum too and I got in a lot of fights over 2 aspects on which I want to find out your opinion too. Maybe I'm crazy or maybe not...
One problem that some imply was that I've designed the logo in the wrong way, that I should flip it horizontally, because it doesn't spell right. My explanation for this was that I don't want it to be so obvious and if I flip it and try to use the horizontal version of the logo it will look very strange and visually "closed" because the logo opening will face the text. (the one in the footer)
The 2nd problem was that I have a design flaw and I don't want to admit it and change it, that the background of the torn corner ( upper left corner ) should not be black but transparent, and that it looks strange or I need to remove it completely.
But that's really the way it was ment to be! ( don't you designers have sometimes small things that you like to put your mark on? especially when it's your own website not a client... ) because the white part with the logo should be exactly OVER the black background in my vision ( like a book/board and a piece of paper hanging out), not cut trough it.
My questions for you are:
- Do you really think I should change/flip the logo? ( my colleagues designers and friends have told me that they like it the way it is and that it would be too boring if I put it so that it clearly states CW )
- Do you think that the little corner looks so awkward? Should I really remove it? or do you think if I change the small bk to transparent would look better?

Don't stop only on those 2 questions, I want to hear other opinions about the rest of the website...
And try get over my picture, it's just until I get a better one
and yes the bk is in english because the translation to my language sounds so funny and wrong, and wouldn't be the same.Thank you very much for your time!
