Hello everyone!

I am currently working for a client who plans professional sporting packages which include trips to away games that include transportation, hotel, game tickets, etc. We currently have a custom built system that is really not that great and we're looking to get something that's better suited for us and easier to use.

I've tried searching online for both commercial and open-source options and haven't found anything that is specifically geared towards what I'm looking for. Not saying that something couldn't be modified but off the bat it's either straight product sales options or hotel based reservation which we don't need multiple choices for dates. The more important problem I've run into is the backend. We need to be able to see who is signed up for what trips, offer payment plans, etc.

Now, if anyone has any suggestions on software that would fill our needs, I would greatly appreciate your response. What we need is basically this:

Ability to sell trip packages that we pre-compile (only choices offered is how many per room, etc.)
Ability for users to have an account which can tell them the balance they owe on specific trips.
A Backend which allows us to view everyone signed up for a specific trip, print reports such as who chose flight vs. land only, etc.
