Hi. I'm just learning how to use Photoshop and I have been wanting to make a back with a gradient but i have been having trouble with it.

I want my bg to look like this one:

Is there a tutorial that might help me ? Thanks in advance.

Probably the easiest way to do that is...

-- Fill your background with the dark blue color
-- Create a new layer
-- use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to select an oval area, and fill it with the light blue
-- Use a Gaussian Blur (Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur) to blur the light blue oval into the dark blue background
