Hi all...

I'm considering starting a blog, where I on occation need to use some photos of celebreties... Do you know where I can get the newest photos of the celebs? And do anyone know which rules, thare is for using theese photos on my blog???
Do you know if the celebs deliver free promotion material, that can be used??

I would appreciate any thought and or link you might contribute with...

All of these photos will be copyrighted unless specified otherwise. You will need to pay for the appropriate usage license (probably per photo) - this is sometimes worked out per impression, otherwise is usually a flat fee for commercial photo use.

You could approach the management staff/agents of the celebrities for headshots and other promotional/marketing bits and pieces. Candid or paparazzi photos belong to the people who have taken them unless contracted by someone else (such as x17) and red carpet photos will belong to the media organisations who have paid to have them taken. If you use these without permission you will be in great worlds of trouble.

Perez Hilton went through a huge legal ramification last year because he wasn't paying for his photos correctly.

It would perhaps be this, that I would be in need of. But how do I approach this?
How do I find the correct e-mail to witch I should send my request?
How do I know who is The different celebrities' mangers?

Some good advice ghere would be highly appreciated.
