The pinboard idea is nice,
but all information are randomly spread over the whole board.

Is this ment to be a webdesign layout? Hell, have fun converting it to html/css. :)

I'm not quite sure why you want feedback if it got you a job - surely that would best testament to its quality!

I really like it, as it is loaded with lots of nice touches. My favourite is the use of business cards to highlight past positions and experience. I usually glaze over when I have to read such sections in a regular CV, but the business cards jump out and speak volumes.

The "Mom and Dad" recommendation is cute and adds the right amount of humour to the piece.

The layout is confusing. However, I think the visual richness will engage the reader and motivate him/her to read on, or at the very least convey the key points.
