Realy like the first one...It's good for forum or for some kind of chat site...Realy good.

The first one is interesting, though I think the symbol could be smaller in relation to the text. I'm not sure I'm a fan of that particular font.

The "Mijo" logo doesn't say "mijo" to me... it could easily say "mpjo". I don't think using the two notes for the letters are clear enough.

The graphical part of the first one is nice, the text is ok, might go with something a little more rounded due to the bubble shapes above. Also, not digging the black Forum, maybe the other green? Not sure.

The second one has readability issues like falken said, also I'd avoid the overly thin lines. They'll drop out on alot of items other than paper printing. I also did not get the fact they were notes just by looking at them.
