What in peoples experiences is the best css/javascript drop down menu?

Its like a holy grail for me, i find one thats fine on everything its not right on one thing, move onto the next fine on a few not so on others and etc etc etc.

I thought i had cracked it with CSS Plays one but even that is flakey in IE6.

So what do people use for their drop downs?

Any suggestions, doesn't matter if its just css or has javascript, as long as it WORKS in IE, Safari, FF etc

I can recomend you Superfish jquery menu, good documentation and you can totally control the css.
