I'm making a volunteering website where people can store unlimited pictures and video files. Does anyone know of a reliable host that offers ulimited pic and video storage at a reasonalbe price and a stable and quick line?

I've been pretty happy with HostGator -- haven't had any issues with downtime and their support is helpful. They claim to offer "unlimited storage and bandwidth", though I am always a bit suspicious of such claims. http://www.hostgator.com/shared.shtml

"Unlimited" web hosting is a marketing gimmick and does not truly exist. You will find that most "unlimited" hosts (or hosts that offer insane resources for that matter) also have restrictions in their Terms of Service forbidding sites that image/video/audio dumps.

Your best bet is going to be to get a VPS. If you have server management experience, they can be found rather inexpensively these days. If you do not or don't want to bother with it (and who does?), grab a managed VPS from a reputable company like WiredTree
