Hello,
I've searched all over the web for a tutorial that will help me achieve a particular plasma streak. I found many but none close enough to what I want. I found a 'plasma streak' on istock (link below) that I just LOVE but can't even come close to replicating it. I would by it but I need a different background, plus, I'd like to know how to achieve something similar anyway. Can anyone help?
