I use FileZilla. sometimes FireFTP if I already open Firefox browser

FileZilla or the built in FTP plug-in in TextWrangler or Notepad++.

I used to use Windows FTP, but it was frustratingly slow so I moved over to FileZilla. FileZilla doesn't look very nice, but it's free and is quick.
Sometimes I use Dreamweaver's built in FTP functionality, but only when I can't easily work on a website.

Right click on start button and then click explore.Type the ftp address in the address bar and press enter.U will be able to access all your files.
