Same goes for Netherlands. Tried to pre-order the book todat, but the Netherlands also does not appear in the country list.

I assume that an already existing list was used to populate the list. Maybe there are other countries missing too?

You have to force the shop view to Belgium/Netherlands on the bottom of the page. To only problem for me is that i'm currently in the U.S. and want the book shipped to my U.S. address. But my credit card is from The Netherlands, and when you force to shop to Europe you cannot select a U.S. shipping address. Any thoughts on that?
