I think with this book clean minimalist with some strong headings are the way to go (like web design in general).

Fonts
Calibri. The nice happy new Microsoft font, it just looks so good for everything and would love to see a book published in this font. It's very readable.

Spacing
I think 1.5 spacing for each sentence should go nicely, i think because the book would be fairly word heavy, i think some nice spacing will make it easily readable.

These are obviously very basic suggestions, i just felt as though it would be a good startoff point for some discussion on the content layout

I'd like to see "Georgia" as the headline font. I totally agree with Calibri for the content.

I like the 1.5 spacing. I generally like to write things in the margins, so that would be plenty of room for notes between lines.
